Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist & Director

Amy is a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with 20 years’ experience. She trained at City University, London, graduating in 2007. Amy has a breadth of experience providing therapy for preschoolers, primary age children and young people with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs. Special interests and skills include Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), cleft palate related speech difficulties, stammering and adult-child interaction. Amy has a strong commitment to educating and empowering others to develop their confidence and competence to support young people with speech, language and communication needs. Amy’s passion and dedication shine through in all her work and clients always appreciate her professional integrity. In her spare time, Amy enjoys dog walks and watching her daughter riding horses.

Marissa Pajot Webb

Highly Specialist Speech & Language Therapist & Director

Marissa is a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with 20 years’ experience practicing in both the USA where she originally trained in musical theatre before obtaining her MA from Montclair State University in NJ, USA in Speech and Language Pathology. Marissa moved to the UK in 2008 and has worked within the NHS in clinics, mainstream and special schools as well as post 16 provisions before starting the practice with Amy in 2016. Marissa specialises in autism, Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) and articulation difficulties. Marissa is also published author and has written children’s books to support language development. Tracey supports the running of our practice and welcomes new clients who engage our services. Tracey has worked in many different support roles for approximately eighteen years and is an experienced EA, Administrator and Receptionist. In a varied career Tracey has worked in several industries from Cabin Crew, TV Production, the NHS and Telecoms. Tracey also has a background in the theatre and has performed and worked backstage for the Tower Theatre, one of the largest non-professional theatre companies in the country.

Specialist Speech and Language Therapist

Anna is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and obtained a BSc with Honours from University of Essex in 2022. She started her career working in a local NHS trust in community-based clinics and mainstream school as well as extensive work within special educational needs settings. After working within the NHS for over a year, we were thrilled to welcome Anna to join the practice in 2024. Anna has broad experience working with children who have, speech disorders, Developmental Language Disorder, autism and a variety of complex needs. Anna has had a lifelong interest in supporting children and young adults with additional needs and came to the field of Speech and Language Therapy inspired by growing up with a sibling who has Down Syndrome. Anna specialises in dysfluency and has expertise in supporting children who stammer from preschool through primary school and beyond. Anna's warmth and inner strength make her a wonderful person to work with our children and young people. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and days out with family and friends.

Speech and Language Therapist

Megan joined the team in autumn 2025 and she is looking forward to meeting our children and families. Megan has earned her PGDip in Speech and Language Therapy from the University of Essex and has previous professional experience working in a school setting with children and young adults with autism and learning difficulties supporting individuals with a wide range of communication needs. Megan’s journey into speech and language therapy began through personal experience of supporting a child with Selective Mutism, which inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to helping children and young people develop their communication skills. She now specialises in autism and Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) and is passionate about supporting neurodiverse individuals to reach their full potential through meaningful and individualised approaches. Alongside her professional journey, Megan enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through outdoor pursuits and the gym, as well as relaxing with reading, baking, and spending time with family and friends
